This policy explains how dppespr.com uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the EU ePrivacy rules, non-essential storage requires your consent; storage that is strictly necessary to deliver a service you have requested does not.
dppespr.com does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. We use a small amount of strictly necessary browser storage to operate the Service:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
dpp_token | Local storage | Keeps you signed in to your account | Strictly necessary |
dpp_admin_key | Session storage | Authenticates administrators (admin panel only) | Strictly necessary |
dpp_cookie_ack | Local storage | Remembers that you have seen this cookie notice | Strictly necessary |
Because these are strictly necessary to provide the Service you request (signing in, staying signed in, and not repeating this notice), they are exempt from the consent requirement. We do not currently set any non-essential cookies.
Our pages load front-end libraries from content delivery networks (unpkg, Cloudflare and the Tailwind CDN). These providers may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. They do not set advertising cookies on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for more on third parties.
When a product passport's QR code is opened, we record limited analytics (approximate location and device) on our servers. This does not rely on cookies or browser storage and is described in our Privacy Policy.
You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop you from signing in or using parts of the Service.
If we introduce non-essential cookies (for example optional analytics) in future, we will update this policy and request your consent through a cookie banner before setting them.
